Tri-Star Transport, an independent FedEx Ground contractor, is hiring reliable, safety-focused Delivery Drivers in Arlington, TX. Focused on hiring experienced FedEx Delivery Drivers, Package Delivery Drivers, Route Drivers, Local Delivery Drivers, Box Truck Drivers, Step Van Drivers, and Commercial Drivers for full-time local delivery routes.

Pay: $800 per week ($160 per day), paid weekly
Schedule: Full-Time
Start Time: 7:45 AM daily
Typical Shift: 8–10 hours

As a FedEx Delivery Driver / Package Delivery Driver / Pickup & Delivery Driver, you will operate a FedEx-branded Non CDL step van or box truck while completing assigned local residential and commercial delivery and pickup routes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Safely operate a Non CDL step van or box truck on assigned local delivery routes.

• Deliver and pick up packages from residential and commercial customers.

• Complete daily delivery and pickup routes safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

• Work 8–10 hour delivery shifts while meeting route, safety, and customer-service expectations.

• Load, unload, sort, organize, and secure packages in the delivery vehicle.

• Safely lift, carry, load, and unload packages weighing up to 150 lbs.

• Use handheld scanners, mobile devices, GPS, and other delivery technology.

• Organize packages to maximize route efficiency, productivity, and delivery times.

• Provide professional, courteous customer service at every delivery and pickup stop.

• Follow FedEx Ground procedures, Tri-Star Transport policies, DOT regulations, and transportation safety requirements.

• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.

• Maintain accurate delivery records, manifests, and required documentation.

• Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality.

• Work independently while meeting delivery, productivity, safety, and customer-service expectations.

• Follow all procedures for vehicle operation, package handling, customer service, and workplace safety.

• Work outdoors and safely perform delivery duties in varying weather conditions.

To qualify for this FedEx Delivery Driver / Package Delivery Driver / Route Driver position, applicants must:

• Be 21 years of age or older.

• Have a valid driver's license.

• Have a clean driving record.

• Have at least 1 year of verifiable Non CDL commercial driving experience.

• Be able to safely lift and move packages weighing up to 150 lbs.

• Be able to pass a DOT physical and meet applicable Department of Transportation requirements.

• Be able to pass a 7-year background check.

• Be able to pass required pre-employment and random drug screenings.

• Have reliable transportation to and from the terminal.

• Have strong attendance, dependability, and punctuality.

• Have weekend availability.

• Have no major moving violations, license suspensions, or other disqualifying driving offenses within the past three years.

• Be able to work independently in a physically demanding, fast-paced delivery environment.

• Be able to communicate professionally and effectively with customers and management.
