Seasonal Full Time Position.

Cold side preparation of salads, sandwiches and the like.

Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

Good time management with proactive use of down times.

Previous culinary experience preferred.

Maintain a clean and tidy workstation with attention to food and workplace safety.

Ability to work cohesively with other food preparation team members.
