• Diagnose Like a Pro: Troubleshoot residential plumbing issues, identify the root cause, and provide effective, long-term solutions.
• Own Your Calls: Take charge of your service appointments, manage your time, and deliver quality work from start to finish.
• Fix It Right: Perform residential plumbing repairs, replacements, and installations, including water heaters, fixtures, toilets, faucets, water lines, and other plumbing systems.
• Spot the Opportunity: Recognize when a repair isn't the best long-term solution and confidently recommend appropriate replacement or upgrade options.
• Build Trust, Deliver Results: Connect with homeowners, explain your findings, and help customers make informed decisions about their plumbing needs.
• Present Solutions with Confidence: Provide accurate estimates, explain available options, and confidently ask for the customer's approval to move forward.

• Stay One Step Ahead: Identify potential plumbing concerns before they turn into bigger problems and communicate recommendations clearly.
• Work as a Team: Partner with dispatch, plumbing installation, and leadership to keep service calls running smoothly.
• Stay Accountable: Document service calls, findings, estimates, materials, and completed work accurately in our CRM.
• Represent Jake's: Maintain a professional appearance, respect customers' homes, and deliver a great experience on every call.

• Residential plumbing service experience required.
• Plumbing license preferred, but not required.
• Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems, diagnostics, repairs, and replacements.
• Experience troubleshooting water heaters, fixtures, water lines, toilets, faucets, and other residential plumbing equipment.
• Confidence communicating with homeowners and explaining repair and replacement options.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions in the field.
• A competitive, goal-driven mindset with a desire to improve and succeed.
• Someone who takes initiative, works independently within their qualifications, and doesn't need to be micromanaged.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to build trust and lasting relationships.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to keep learning.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screening.

• An active plumbing license or relevant trade certifications.
• Experience with tankless water heaters, water softeners, sump pumps, and residential plumbing upgrades.
• Strong experience presenting repair and replacement options to homeowners.
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar field service software.
• A proven track record of meeting performance goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Experience identifying additional plumbing needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
