• Find the Problem: Diagnose residential drain and sewer issues, from stubborn clogs and backups to damaged sewer lines.
• Get It Flowing: Operate professional drain cleaning equipment, including cable machines and hydro jetting equipment when applicable.
• See the Bigger Picture: Perform sewer camera inspections to identify root intrusion, blockages, pipe damage, and underlying issues.
• Spot the Opportunity: Recognize when a simple cleaning isn't enough and when a repair or replacement may be the better long-term solution.
• Communicate with Confidence: Explain findings, present options, and help homeowners make informed decisions without high-pressure tactics.
• Own Your Calls: Manage your service calls, document findings, and follow through to make sure nothing gets missed.
• Deliver Quality Work: Complete drain and plumbing repairs within your qualifications while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
• Work as a Team: Partner with plumbing service, sewer sales, and installation teams to deliver the right solutions.
• Take Care of Your Equipment: Keep company tools, vehicles, and job sites clean, organized, and ready for the next call.
• Be Ready When Needed: Participate in a scheduled on-call rotation for emergency service.

• Experience in residential drain cleaning, sewer diagnostics, or plumbing service.
• Knowledge of drain cleaning equipment and sewer inspection cameras.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to identify the root cause of a problem.
• Confidence communicating with homeowners and recommending appropriate solutions.
