About This Position
Summary: The HR Specialist will be responsible for managing the seamless transition of new hires from the recruitment phase through their onboarding process. Additionally, The HR Specialist will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our HRIS platform, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and functionality. This role requires a strong understanding of HR processes, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders to support the organization's HRIS needs. Success requires a combination of excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for ensuring a positive new employee experience and Human Capital information management.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: Proven experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, or a related HR function. Proven experience working with HRIS platforms, such as Oracle HCM, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar systems.
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills coupled with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on providing exceptional customer service to new hires and a priority focus on candidate care.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in data analysis, report generation, and system configuration.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Knowledge of HR processes and best practices, including HRIS/ATS administration, data management, and reporting.
- Bilingual is a plus.
