Job Description
SUMMARY: Provide professional nursing services in assessment, treatment and care of patients in the clinic setting. Provides outpatient nursing care and coordinates care planning. Functions as a liaison between the patient and the medical care provider.
Required Education/Training: Successful completion of Practical Nursing Program
Required Experience: Minimum two (2) years' LPN experience
Required Licensure/Certification/Registration: Current Missouri Practical Nursing license; BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
Preferred Experience: Experience with cardiac and or telemetry patients; physician office experience
