Role and Responsibilities

Assistant Managers are responsible for running the store when the General Manager is off. It is the Assistant Manager's responsibility to ensure excellent guest service as well as excellent quality products. An Assistant Manager's responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Prepping and preparing product
• Ensuring quality service and product
• Enforcement of company policies and procedures
• Supervising a crew of 2 to 10 people
• Assisting the General Manager with the completion of some paperwork including the Daily Plan and Control Log.
• Assisting the General Manager with ensuring the completion of cleaning lists
• Opening and Closing of the store

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Must be 18 years old or older
• Preferred Skills and other required skills

Candidates MUST:

• Show leadership abilities
• Be able to build a rapport and earn respect from crew members
• Be professional and responsible
• Have reliable transportation

It is PREFERRED that a candidate have:

• some computer skills
