Job Description
Winshaw Hydraulic Tools is looking for a Full-Time Account Sales Representative to join our team in our Houston office. This person will actively manage existing customers, but also seek out and engage new customers to sell our products and services. Time will be spent online and on the phone, seeking out customers and responding to orders received. Time will also be spent planning sales calls and going to see customers at their offices/ sites. This position will also relate to managing rentals (outgoing and incoming) as they are very important to customer success.
The ideal candidate is results-driven, eager to support customers, and passionate about contributing to bottom-line revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
Base Salary $55k-$65k plus commission
Pay Rate based on experience and education

Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate, promote, and sell Winshaw’s products and services - Strategically present functionality and key value propositions to prospective customers.
- Develop and foster relationships - Maintain close communications with prospects to close sales and promote customer retention.
- Meet and exceed targets - Achieve monthly and quarterly individual and team goals for new customer acquisition.
- Track progress and results - Record prospect interactions and track goal attainment in CRM system.
- Research and understand the target market - Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and Winshaw’s overall market opportunity. Participate in marketing events such as industry exhibitions and create an attendance calendar for important events.
- 3-6 years experience selling a product or service
- Excellent ability to manage and build relationships
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed acquisition goals
- Advanced skills in communicating, selling and negotiating
- Unrelenting drive to understand and meet prospective customer needs. This is critical to our success and the perception of Winshaw in the market.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (salesforce.com) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel)
