Sales Field Representative to promote Fast Moving Consumer Goods for the Houston market with inherent capacity to grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and expand company’s products.
• Candidates should be confident, presentable, and comfortable representing the brand in retail settings.
• Represent the brand with a polished, approachable, and customer-friendly presence.
• Product induction through visiting stores, shops, and distributors
• Create strong relationships with store owners, managers, and staff
• Ensure product placement, visibility, and merchandising in a professional and appealing manner.
• Manage promotional campaigns, ongoing offers and bundle deals
• Create awareness on product features, benefits, and brand values
• Manage in-store displays, signage, and marketing materials
• Manage customer feedback and analysis
• Track sales progress and report performance to management
• Manage competitor analysis
• Assist with new account setups, order follow-ups, and product restocking

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales field, retail promotions, or FMCG distribution
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Confident, professional, and comfortable engaging customers in-person.
• Self-motivated, customer-focused, and results-oriented.
• Familiarity with the Houston retail market is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
