About the Role:

The HIL - Order Picker plays a crucial role in the efficient operation of our logistics and supply chain within the forestry, fishing, hunting, and livestock industry. This position is responsible for accurately selecting and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring that all products meet quality standards and are delivered on time. The Order Picker will work closely with inventory management systems to track stock levels and assist in maintaining an organized warehouse environment. Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols are essential to minimize errors and ensure a safe working environment. Ultimately, the success of this role directly impacts customer satisfaction and the overall efficiency of our operations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role.
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with inventory management software.
• Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment.
• Experience in the forestry, fishing, hunting, or livestock industry.
