We are seeking a candidate who is organized, detail-oriented, and accurate, with experience working in a team setting and excellent time management skills.
What You'll Do:
- Handle full-charge bookkeeping, including A/P, A/R, payroll review, reconciliations, and financial reporting as requested
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in full-charge bookkeeping
- Strong proficiency with accounting software and financial processes
- A self-starter attitude and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanor
What You Need:
- Excellent organizational skills and an eye for detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Efficient with email communication; responds to messages quickly
- Analytical skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and work independently
- Reconcile bank statements and code corporate credit card transactions according to the Company’s policies.
- Assists with month-end and year-end accounting closing activities as needed
- Reports any discrepancies found in the records
- Team player, thrives in a changing environment
- Extensive experience with accounting software and some financial reporting.
- Understanding of general accounting principles.
- Ability to quickly understand and perform required tasks
Position Details:
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Compensation: $25-$27/hr, depending on experience
