This role is an exciting opportunity to lead the strategy, architecture, and execution of a sophisticated lifecycle marketing program that drives customer engagement, adoption, and long-term growth. You will own the end-to-end customer journey, designing scalable and data-driven experiences that move users seamlessly through every stage of the funnel. Working at the intersection of marketing, technology, and analytics, you will build the systems and processes that power personalized customer communications at scale. The position requires close collaboration with Product, Data, and Engineering teams to create highly targeted and behavior-based campaigns. You will play a key role in transforming marketing operations from traditional campaign execution to automated, trigger-driven engagement. This is a highly visible role with direct influence on customer retention, revenue growth, and product adoption. It is ideal for a strategic thinker who enjoys combining technical expertise with customer-centric marketing innovation.

Accountabilities:
  • Design, implement, and optimize always-on lifecycle marketing journeys across awareness, onboarding, adoption, utilization, retention, and renewal stages
  • Own and evolve the marketing automation architecture, including platform configuration, data flows, audience segmentation, and campaign orchestration
  • Transition lifecycle marketing programs from batch-based campaigns to automated, trigger-driven customer experiences
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to define customer segments, behavioral triggers, and activation strategies
  • Develop scalable personalization frameworks and reusable campaign assets to improve efficiency and campaign performance
  • Analyze lifecycle metrics and funnel performance to identify opportunities for conversion, engagement, and retention improvements
  • Ensure all marketing communications are reliable, compliant, scalable, and aligned with business objectives
  • Act as a key liaison between marketing, technical teams, and business stakeholders to align priorities and drive execution
  • Leverage customer data and insights to continuously refine lifecycle strategies and enhance customer experiences
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience designing and executing end-to-end lifecycle, CRM, or marketing automation programs
  • Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture, implementation, and optimization
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, marketing funnels, and conversion optimization strategies
  • Proficiency in SQL and data analysis for audience segmentation, campaign activation, and performance measurement
  • Experience collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams in cross-functional environments
  • Knowledge of email development, including HTML/CSS and dynamic content personalization techniques
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data into actionable recommendations
  • Experience building scalable marketing automation frameworks and customer engagement programs
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment
Benefits:
  • Competitive total compensation package ($125,000–$135,000 CAD)
  • Equity participation through stock options
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, life, disability, and wellness coverage
  • RRSP plan with employer matching contributions
  • Flexible remote-first work environment
  • Generous paid time off and flexible leave policies
  • Enhanced parental leave and family support benefits
  • Professional development and training opportunities
  • Health and wellness allowance
  • Volunteer time off and community engagement opportunities
  • Employee resource groups, networking initiatives, and social programs
  • Computer purchase program and home office support.
