You will play a key part in shaping how quality is defined, measured, and scaled across a complex ecosystem of internal services, Salesforce workflows, and AI-powered features. The position is highly hands-on and technical, with a strong emphasis on building automated testing frameworks rather than maintaining manual test cycles. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and platform teams to embed quality directly into CI/CD pipelines and release processes. A key aspect of the role involves designing evaluation methods for LLM and generative AI outputs, ensuring reliability in non-deterministic systems. Own and evolve the quality strategy across internal platforms, APIs, and customer-facing systems, with a strong focus on automation and scalability.

• Design, build, and maintain automated end-to-end test frameworks across APIs, web applications, and integrated systems
• Develop evaluation and testing frameworks for AI and LLM-based features, including regression detection and output quality assessment
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to ensure early detection of defects and continuous quality feedback
• Collaborate with engineers and product teams to define quality standards, testing strategies, and release readiness criteria
• Drive shift-left testing practices and foster a culture of shared quality ownership across engineering teams
• Contribute to test strategy for Salesforce integrations, data flows, and third-party system validations

You bring strong QA engineering expertise with a modern automation-first mindset and the ability to work in complex, distributed systems.

• 5+ years of experience in QA or test engineering, with a strong focus on automation frameworks
• Expertise in API and UI test automation for modern web applications and distributed systems
• Strong technical fluency in reading and understanding code (e.g., Python, TypeScript, Go, Ruby)
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and cloud environments (AWS preferred)
• Hands-on experience testing Salesforce or similar enterprise system integrations
• Interest or experience in testing AI/LLM systems, including prompt evaluation and non-deterministic output validation
• Strong collaboration skills with engineering and product teams in agile environments
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and build scalable processes from the ground up
