About the Role:
The Executive Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office by providing high-level administrative support. This position is responsible for managing the executive's calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements to optimize time and resources. The Executive Assistant will also prepare presentations and reports, ensuring that all materials are accurate and professionally formatted. Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

- Experience in a corporate environment or supporting senior executives.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
