This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Global Compensation Analyst based in United States.
This role supports the design, administration, and optimization of global compensation programs across a portfolio of internationally recognized luxury brands. You will play a key role in analyzing compensation data, benchmarking pay, and supporting annual merit and incentive processes. The position combines analytical rigor with cross-functional collaboration across HR, Finance, and global stakeholders. You’ll work with confidential employee and compensation data while helping ensure programs remain competitive, consistent, and aligned with business needs. The role offers exposure to global total rewards strategy, equity administration, bonus programs, and workforce analytics. Success requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
- Support the ongoing assessment, development, and optimization of global compensation strategies and programs across multiple international brands and markets.
- Administer equity compensation programs, including processing new grants, maintaining documentation, and managing required approvals and records.
- Maintain corporate bonus accrual files, collaborate with Finance on expected attainment, and coordinate year-end incentive payments.
- Prepare and distribute Target Agreement Forms for corporate bonus plans and support the administration of annual merit and variable compensation cycles.
- Complete global salary survey submissions, analyze market data, and translate survey findings into actionable compensation insights.
- Conduct competitive compensation benchmarking, financial modeling, statistical analysis, and program costing to support compensation decisions.
- Prepare clear charts, reports, presentations, and data visualizations related to compensation, benefits, and HR analytics initiatives.
- Partner effectively with HR, Finance, and other stakeholders to resolve compensation-related questions and support accurate, timely program execution.
- Handle sensitive and confidential compensation information with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline, ideally with an emphasis in finance, mathematics, computer science, or a comparable quantitative field.
- At least 3 years of professional compensation experience, including hands-on exposure to at least one annual merit cycle.
- Strong understanding of compensation analysis, benchmarking, incentive programs, equity administration, and broader total rewards practices.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to perform sophisticated data analysis and financial modeling in Excel; an Excel assessment may be part of the selection process.
- Experience working with an HRIS platform; Workday experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify meaningful trends or issues.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly when managing multiple deadlines and highly sensitive information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at different levels.
- Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential employee and compensation data, including the ability to escalate issues appropriately.
- A collaborative, adaptable, results-oriented approach and the curiosity to work effectively in a fast-paced, continuously changing environment.
- Competitive annual compensation range of $90,000–$105,000 USD, depending on role requirements, skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
