This role focuses on supporting clients in monitoring and managing digital risk environments while ensuring high-quality service delivery in a fast-paced cybersecurity context. You will act as a key operational point of contact for customers, helping them navigate threat intelligence platforms, interpret security data, and maintain a strong security posture. The position combines client-facing responsibilities with analytical work, including ticket triage, KPI monitoring, and reporting. You will play an active role in identifying digital threats such as phishing, brand abuse, and data exposure across multiple online channels. Working closely with internal teams and customers, you will help translate technical insights into actionable recommendations. The Dedicated Customer Intelligence Analyst is responsible for supporting client operations, managing digital threat monitoring activities, and ensuring effective use of intelligence platforms.
- Lead client alignment meetings and manage daily operational requests from customers.
- Configure platform alerts and monitor system settings to ensure accurate threat detection.
- Triage, validate, and prioritize threat intelligence tickets, including deep and dark web investigations.
- Support clients with platform usage, navigation, and general product-related inquiries.
- Manage internal and external client systems to streamline workflows and operational efficiency.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance insights tailored to client needs.
- Collect and analyze client feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor client health scores and propose actionable recommendations to improve security posture.
This role is suited for an analytical and client-oriented professional with an interest in cybersecurity and data-driven operations.
- Native or fluent Portuguese and intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Word, Teams, and related applications).
- Background or familiarity in data analysis, customer support, or technical operations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage client interactions effectively.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity fundamentals (bonus).
- Experience in customer success or relationship management (bonus).
- Knowledge of Google Dorks or search query techniques (bonus).
- Basic understanding of APIs or entry-level technical skills (bonus).
