• Lead strategic digital data analyses, generating actionable insights to support business and product decision-making.
• Act as a technical reference for analytics initiatives and digital measurement strategies across the organization.
• Support and lead the migration from Google Analytics to Amplitude, ensuring data consistency, governance, and reliability.
• Structure, validate, and evolve event taxonomies, metrics frameworks, and key performance indicators.
• Develop executive dashboards and advanced analytical reports using tools such as BigQuery and Looker Studio.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable analytical solutions.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and traceability across all analytical processes and datasets.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in measurement strategy, analytics maturity, and data usage.
• Influence strategic decisions through data storytelling, insights generation, and analytical narratives.

• Solid experience as a Senior Data Analyst, Analytics Engineer, or similar data-focused role.
• Strong SQL skills and advanced experience in data querying and analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, BigQuery, Looker Studio, and digital analytics ecosystems.
• Practical experience implementing and working with Amplitude or similar product analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of product metrics, user behavior, funnels, event tracking, and digital journeys.
• Experience building dashboards, KPI frameworks, and executive-level reports.
• Knowledge of data governance principles and structured KPI definition.
• Ability to operate in complex environments with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder influence skills.
• Analytical mindset, critical thinking, autonomy, and strong ownership of deliveries.
• Experience in agile environments and product-oriented teams is a plus.
