- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities to improve customer experience outcomes across global CX operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand business objectives, OKRs, and operational priorities such as resolution time, efficiency, and customer perception.
- Develop and maintain advanced dashboards and data visualizations using BI tools, ensuring accessible and actionable insights for business teams.
- Translate business questions into efficient SQL queries and structured analytical outputs to support decision-making and performance tracking.
- Design and execute strategic analyses (e.g., segmentation, forecasting, regression) to optimize CX performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders, driving alignment and supporting the implementation of action plans.
- Maintain high-quality analytical practices, including structured documentation and version control approaches for data work.
- 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Customer Experience Insights, or similar data-driven roles.
- Strong proficiency in SQL is mandatory, with proven ability to write efficient and scalable queries.
- Advanced experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Looker, Metabase, or Power BI.
- Solid understanding of statistical methods, including regression analysis, segmentation, and forecasting techniques.
- Experience working with large datasets and transforming data into actionable business insights.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to prioritize requests and influence decision-making.
- Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with Python for data analysis or automation is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with modern data stack practices, including version control (Git), is highly valued.
