This role sits at the heart of a high-touch private banking concierge environment, supporting high-net-worth clients with complex lending and transactional needs. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless execution of specialized lending activities while delivering a premium, personalized service experience. Operating in a fast-paced and highly regulated financial setting, you will collaborate closely with advisors, operations teams, and lending specialists to ensure accuracy, speed, and compliance across all client interactions. The position offers exposure to sophisticated private banking products and the opportunity to deepen expertise in structured lending. In this role, you will act as a key support pillar for private lending operations and concierge banking services, ensuring smooth execution of client requests and accurate handling of complex financial transactions.
- Process complex banking transactions such as wire transfers, fund movements, and payment requests for private banking clients
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of all client instructions across lending and banking activities
- Support inquiries related to loans, including renewals, payments, rate adjustments, and sub-account management
- Provide guidance on lending products such as mortgages and Manuvie One (M1) solutions
- Manage general account servicing requests including bill payments, account updates, Interac transfers, and credit-related inquiries
- Support account openings and documentation for personal and business banking needs with a tailored client approach
- Review and process fee waiver requests tied to operational or exception-based cases
- Act as a point of contact for advisors and clients when concierge banking advisors are unavailable
- Collaborate with internal teams across operations, advisory, and lending to ensure end-to-end service delivery
- Identify opportunities for cross-sell and contribute to continuous improvement of client experience
This position requires strong financial services knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex client interactions in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Experience in private banking, commercial banking, lending operations, or high-net-worth client servicing
- Strong understanding of lending products, banking operations, and financial transaction workflows
- Ability to manage complex and non-standard client requests with accuracy and efficiency
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly and professionally
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- High attention to detail, especially in documentation and transactional accuracy
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong discipline and reliability
- French and English bilingualism is considered a strong asset
- Post-secondary education in finance, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Competitive salary range of $59,100 to $98,500 CAD annually
