We are currently seeking a Collections Specialist / Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, representatives make outbound calls, review account information, and work with consumers to set up payment arrangements based on their individual financial situations.
In this role, you will:
- Contact consumers regarding delinquent accounts
- Review account information in the collection software system
- Ask questions to better understand the consumer’s situation and possible barriers to payment
- Negotiate payment arrangements based on individual circumstances
- Document all communications accurately
- Maintain call quality and productivity standards
- Use a positive, professional, and problem-solving approach
- Work collaboratively in a team environment

Compensation:
Starting pay is $16.00 per hour plus commission. Scheduled pay increases are available at 30 and 90 days when required milestones are met.
