This role is responsible for leading the delivery of large-scale, complex healthcare technology projects that directly support clinical and operational outcomes across healthcare organizations. You will oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining strong quality standards. The position requires close collaboration with internal teams, clients, and senior stakeholders to align expectations, manage risks, and drive successful outcomes. You will play a key role in shaping project governance, improving delivery processes, and strengthening client relationships. - Lead the planning and execution of complex, large-scale projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations.
- Define and maintain clear project scope, governance structures, communication plans, and delivery frameworks across the full project lifecycle.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while managing scope changes, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and executive stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery outcomes.
- Monitor project performance through structured reporting, status updates, and performance tracking against defined milestones and KPIs.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to resolve issues, remove blockers, and ensure efficient execution of project deliverables.
- Identify process improvements and contribute to continuous optimization of project management methodologies and delivery standards.
- 10+ years of overall professional experience, including 2–3+ years in senior or expert-level project management roles.
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with strong accountability for delivery outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent preferred).
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and delivery discipline.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities, with confidence engaging senior leadership and clients.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, tight deadlines, and multiple concurrent projects in a high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams) and project reporting tools.
- Competitive salary range of approximately $100,000 – $120,000 CAD, depending on experience and qualifications.
