  • Execute integrated campaigns supporting partner initiatives, product launches, industry events, webinars, and the annual user group conference.
  • Collaborate with events and cross-functional teams on conference agendas, presenter coordination, partner and customer programming, promotional activities, and attendee experience.
  • Monitor campaign and partner performance, analyze results, and recommend improvements that increase engagement, demand generation, and program effectiveness.
  • Deliver regular and executive-level reporting demonstrating partner marketing contribution, pipeline impact, market awareness, and ecosystem growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, partner marketing, channel marketing, alliance marketing, ecosystem marketing, or a related marketing discipline.
  • Proven experience developing and executing complex, cross-functional marketing campaigns and partner initiatives.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, stakeholders, deadlines, and priorities effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across internal teams and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, including the ability to connect campaign activity with engagement, demand, pipeline, and business outcomes.
  • Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or comparable technologies.
  • Experience in home services, skilled trades, field service management, small business technology, or a related industry is preferred.
  • Experience building or scaling a partner marketing or partner program within a software or SaaS environment is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ecosystems involving technology partners, distributors, manufacturers, associations, consultants, agencies, marketplaces, or strategic alliances is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of customer lifecycle marketing, advocacy, referral, and community programs is an advantage.
  • A collaborative, proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes.
Benefits
  • Paid parental leave programs.
  • Three additional paid days off for volunteering and community impact initiatives.
  • Flexible working arrangements.
  • Access to free mental health support.
  • Ongoing diversity and inclusion initiatives, including a D&I Council and global mentorship program.
