Product Manager- Hybrid- Rocky Mount, NC in Rocky Mount, North Carolina at INFO ORIGIN INC

Client is looking for experienced Product Managers to help improve digital services and modernize how customers interact with the client.

• Lead digital products from discovery through delivery and continuous improvement.
• Work with customers, staff, vendors, designers, and technical teams to understand needs and solve problems.
• Create requirements, user stories, workflows, and prioritized backlogs.
• Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, release coordination, and prioritization.
• Conduct user research, customer interviews, usability testing, and feedback analysis.
• Coordinate with vendors and development teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Monitor product performance and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.

• Experience managing or delivering digital products, software platforms, or customer-facing technology.
• Strong experience with Agile/Scrum product development.
• Experience with product lifecycle, backlog management, prioritization, and roadmap planning.
• Experience working with developers, designers, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Strong customer experience, user research, or usability testing experience.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
