Responsibilities

We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to join our team! In this role, you will partner with our Supply Chain organization, with a focus on our Allied and Recycling divisions, Continuous Improvement team, and Operations Training team to drive talent strategy, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and culture initiatives across multiple manufacturing and distribution locations. As ADS continues to transform its Supply Chain operations, this highly visible role offers the opportunity to influence business outcomes through strategic HR partnership, dynamic thought leadership, and a strong focus on developing people and organizational capability. Key Responsibilities:

  • Align operational strategies with people initiatives to support growth
  • Lead performance management, talent assessment, succession planning, and learning programs
  • Oversee leadership recruiting and onboarding processes
  • Partner with Regional Manufacturing Managers to implement people initiatives
  • Support professional development of Regional Manufacturing Managers
  • Oversee HR responsibilities at site locations with Plant Managers
  • Ensure HR teams align with supply chain strategies
  • Drive transformation and support change management
  • Evaluate and improve organizational structure
  • Develop strategies to reduce turnover and absenteeism
  • Provide employee relations support, policy evaluation, and conduct investigations

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of HR Leadership/Business Partner experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business
  • Ability to use data for business recommendations
  • Broad understanding of HR laws, regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Skilled in building productive partnerships
  • Experience in leadership development programs
  • Collaborative, confident, and influential leader
  • Strategic thinker with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to foster team morale and bring fun to the workplace
  • High ethical, intellectual, professional, and personal values
