Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Community Springs Healthcare Facility in El Dorado Springs, Missouri — someone who leads with skill, compassion, and a drive to positively impact every patient and family we serve.

Position Details

• Status: PRN
• Work Shift: Variable
• Shift Differential

What Your Day Looks Like: This skilled nursing facility is a 105-bed facility where you will exercise a number of skills, including: assigning care duties to nursing personnel consistent with their training and experience. The LPN is responsible for safe medication administration, conducting resident assessments, monitoring changes in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and administering treatments and procedures per physician order.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be:

• Developing relationships with our residents
• Facilitating resident admissions and discharges
• Assisting in the development of the resident's Plan of Care

Qualifications:

Education: Associates

Experience: Patient Care

Skills: Multitasking, attention to detail, organizational skills

Licensure/Certification: LPN

Physical Requirements: The ability to stand for long periods of time and to thrive in a fast paced environment
