Power Plataform Designer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Power Platform Designer based in Brazil.

This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will play a key role in transforming complex requirements into intuitive, efficient, and scalable digital experiences using the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. Working closely with stakeholders and technical teams, you will lead initiatives from discovery and requirements gathering through solution design and user validation. The position combines business analysis, UX/UI design, process optimization, and low-code solution architecture. You will contribute directly to digital transformation projects, helping organizations streamline operations and improve user experiences. Accountabilities:
  • Conduct requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders to understand needs, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Analyze and document current processes (AS-IS) while proposing optimized future-state solutions (TO-BE).
  • Design user-centered digital experiences through wireframes, prototypes, navigation flows, and UX/UI best practices.
  • Translate business requirements into functional solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
  • Create and maintain functional specifications, business rules, user stories, and process documentation.
  • Design solutions leveraging Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, and SharePoint.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and manage solution backlogs.
  • Act as a liaison between business users and development teams, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation activities to ensure successful solution delivery.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement and evolution of internal and client-facing systems.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design with Digital focus, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in UX/UI design, including wireframing, prototyping, and user experience methodologies.
  • Strong background in requirements gathering, business analysis, and process mapping.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with process modeling techniques, including BPMN, flowcharts, or equivalent frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
  • Experience working with SharePoint environments.
  • Ability to produce clear and comprehensive functional documentation, user stories, and use cases.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Portfolio showcasing prototypes, applications, automations, and business solutions delivered.
  • Nice to have: knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
  • Nice to have: Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-900, PL-200) and UX/UI certifications.
