This role is an opportunity to join a fast-paced, performance-driven creative environment focused on e-commerce and retail media. You will be responsible for designing high-impact digital assets that directly influence product visibility, engagement, and conversion across major marketplaces. Working at the intersection of creativity and data, you will translate brand strategies into compelling Amazon and commerce-driven visuals that perform. The position involves close collaboration with strategists, account managers, and performance teams to ensure creative outputs are both visually strong and commercially effective. You will also contribute to motion and video initiatives, helping elevate storytelling across multiple formats. This is a dynamic agency setting where you will manage multiple clients and continuously optimize creative based on performance insights.
- Design and develop high-performing Amazon and e-commerce assets, including PDP image galleries, A+ Content, Premium A+ modules, Brand Storefronts, and retail media creatives.
- Create visually consistent static designs aligned with brand guidelines, platform requirements, and conversion best practices.
- Produce and edit motion graphics and video content to support e-commerce campaigns and retail media initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as creative strategists, SEO specialists, and account managers to build effective, performance-oriented creative solutions.
- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring quality delivery, deadlines, and creative consistency across accounts.
- Apply performance data and testing insights to continuously improve design effectiveness and conversion outcomes.
- Participate in client discussions and contribute to the presentation of creative ideas and design solutions when needed.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in digital and e-commerce design, with a portfolio demonstrating both static and motion work. You should be comfortable working in a fast-moving agency environment, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining high attention to detail and creative quality. A strong understanding of marketplace design standards and conversion-driven creative is essential.
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in e-commerce or digital marketing environments.
- Proven experience designing Amazon assets such as PDPs, A+ Content, Premium A+ Content, or Brand Stores.
- Strong portfolio showcasing both static design and video/motion graphics work.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with experience working within design systems.
- Solid understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced English communication skills for client-facing interactions.
- Self-driven mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
- Experience in retail media platforms beyond Amazon (e.g., Walmart, Target) is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and workflows is a differential.
- Previous agency experience and exposure to performance marketing is a plus.
