This role plays a key part in ensuring the successful implementation of healthcare management solutions for insurance operators, with a strong focus on billing processes and regulatory compliance. You will act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, guiding end-to-end deployment while ensuring alignment with operational and legal requirements. The position combines consulting, project management, and hands-on system expertise in a highly collaborative environment. You will lead onboarding activities, support process mapping, and ensure smooth adoption of the platform by end users. Working closely with stakeholders, you will help translate business needs into effective system configurations. This is a remote-first role where communication, organization, and proactivity are essential to success and impact.
- Lead the implementation of billing modules within healthcare management systems, ensuring proper configuration, deployment, and user adoption across client environments.
- Act as a consultant during client engagements, aligning expectations, managing timelines, negotiating project adjustments, and ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders.
- Support process mapping, user training, documentation, and onboarding activities to guarantee effective system usage and knowledge transfer.
- Monitor project schedules, track deliverables, and ensure post-implementation support to maintain system efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements from healthcare authorities, adapting solutions as needed based on legal and operational updates.
- Solid experience in billing processes, including monthly billing, coparticipation models, and understanding of regulatory obligations in healthcare environments.
- Knowledge of healthcare operator systems such as Unimed and SGU is required, with the ability to navigate and support system-related implementations.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and proactivity skills, with the ability to work closely with clients and internal teams in dynamic projects.
- Experience in consulting, implementation, or business analysis roles within healthcare or enterprise systems environments.
- Analytical mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities, ensure delivery timelines, and support structured project execution.
