As our IT Infrastructure Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of our IT infrastructure and end‑user computing environment. Key responsibilities include:
Leadership & Team DevelopmentLead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing IT infrastructure and support team.
Set clear objectives, manage performance, and ensure strong succession planning.
Oversee help desk and support operations to ensure responsive, high‑quality service.
Monitor service performance and drive continuous improvement.
Manage servers, storage, networks, and core infrastructure to ensure high availability and scalability.
Oversee IAM processes, user provisioning, authentication, and authorization.
Support cybersecurity monitoring and compliance with regulatory standards.
Refine and maintain backup strategies.
Develop and test disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
Manage unified communications, telephony, and collaboration platforms.
Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and service delivery performance.
Implement and maintain ITSM processes including incident, change, problem, asset, and configuration management.
Lead integration of acquired companies’ IT systems and infrastructure with minimal disruption.
7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or IT operations.
At least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong leadership, communication, and customer‑service orientation.
Strategic thinker with strong execution and continuous improvement mindset.
5+ years in an IT leadership role.
Experience managing cross‑functional initiatives and vendor relationships.
Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
This role is primarily office‑based with occasional travel. The position may require lifting up to 50 pounds and extended periods of computer work.
