Please Note: This position is a temporary role that will last from June 15th, 2026 – October 16th, 2026.
The Temporary Administrative Assistant will provide administrative and coordination support to the Partner Network team and Programs Department during a period of shifting responsibilities. This role will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of internal and external meetings, partner monitoring activities, and grant-related reporting processes.

This role will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of internal and external meetings, partner monitoring activities, and grant-related reporting processes.
Requirements:Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage calendars, including scheduling internal meetings, partner meetings, and monitoring visits
- Support logistics for partner monitoring activities, including tracking schedules and organizing relevant documentation
- Serve as a point of coordination between team members and external partners for scheduling and communication needs
- Gather, organize, and maintain internal and partner data to support grant reporting and funding requirements
- Assist with compiling reports, tracking deliverables, and ensuring documentation is complete and accurate
- Perform general administrative tasks such as maintaining files, preparing materials, and supporting team operations as needed
Qualifications
- Prior experience in an administrative, coordinator, or support role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data management and documentation
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Comfort working with diverse stakeholders, including internal staff and external partners
- Other duties as assigned
- Ability to obtain Act 33/34 Clearances
