  • Proven track record of sourcing, negotiating, and closing complex partnership agreements with measurable business impact.
  • Strong understanding of Web3 business models, blockchain ecosystems, and decentralized technologies.

  • Ability to understand complex technical concepts, architectures, data workflows, and emerging technology trends, even without a deeply technical engineering background.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience designing creative and non-standard partnership structures.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to balance long-term vision and hands-on execution.
  • High level of adaptability and comfort operating in rapidly evolving and ambiguous environments.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple partnership initiatives simultaneously.
  • Commitment to ethical business practices, integrity, and transparent communication.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally up to 20% or more as required.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field is preferred.
Benefits
