Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in retail or residential outreach environments
• Educate customers on energy programs, plans, and available savings options
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable energy solutions
• Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance targets
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and enrollments
• Work collaboratively with team members and field leadership

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service or sales experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Comfortable engaging with customers face-to-face
• High school diploma or equivalent required
