Membership Sales Associate (Car Wash) in Pahrump, Nevada at Pahrump Wash Co

Overview:
We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Sales Associate to drive monthly membership growth. This role is critical to increasing recurring revenue by converting single-wash customers into long-term members and keeping them engaged.

Key Responsibilities:
Engage customers at the point of sale and explain wash options
Promote and sell monthly wash memberships
Encourage customer retention and reduce cancellations
Answer questions and provide a high level of customer service
Assist with daily site operations as needed

Strong communication and people skills
Comfortable initiating conversations with customers
Sales experience preferred (not required if personality fits)
Goal-driven mindset with ability to hit targets
Reliable and able to work outdoors

Compensation:
Hourly pay (based on experience)
