About the Role:
As an RV Salesperson, you will play a pivotal role in connecting customers with recreational vehicles that meet their lifestyle and travel needs. Your primary objective is to guide prospective buyers through the sales process, providing expert advice on various RV models, features, and financing options to ensure a satisfying purchase experience. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, understanding their preferences, and tailoring recommendations accordingly. This role requires a deep knowledge of the RV market, competitive pricing strategies, and the ability to negotiate effectively to close sales. Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in recreational vehicle sales.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with RV products and industry knowledge.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage customers visiting the dealership, assessing their needs and preferences related to recreational vehicles.
- Provide detailed information on different RV models, including specifications, features, and benefits to help customers make informed decisions.
- Conduct test drives and demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and comfort of various RVs.
- Negotiate sales terms, prepare sales contracts, and coordinate financing or leasing options with customers.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, pricing, promotions, and industry trends to effectively advise customers.
- Follow up with potential and past customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
