The Contract Recruiter - GTM will manage full-cycle recruiting activities while partnering with hiring leaders to identify, attract, and close top talent across go-to-market functions. The role requires strong sourcing expertise, operational excellence, and the ability to influence stakeholders through effective communication and data-driven insights.
- Manage end-to-end recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, candidate engagement, and offer management.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build strong and diverse talent pipelines across go-to-market teams.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business objectives, define candidate profiles, and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Serve as a trusted talent advisor by providing market insights, interview guidance, and recommendations throughout the hiring process.
- Manage multiple open requisitions and candidates while maintaining a high-quality and positive candidate experience.
- Organize interview processes, facilitate debrief discussions, and support offer approvals, negotiations, and closing strategies.
- Use recruiting data and analytics to identify trends, improve workflows, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate recruiting documentation, pipeline tracking, and candidate information within ATS and recruiting systems.
- Advocate for inclusive hiring practices by developing diverse sourcing strategies and promoting structured interview processes.
- Coach hiring teams on effective interviewing practices and objective candidate evaluation.
- Identify process improvements and help scale recruiting operations in a rapidly growing environment.
- Represent organizational culture and values throughout all candidate and stakeholder interactions.
The ideal candidate has strong recruiting experience, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage complex hiring initiatives in a dynamic environment.
- 4+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes from sourcing through offer acceptance.
- Strong strategic sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver hiring results.
- Ability to create, measure, and improve recruiting workflows and processes.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for candidates, executives, and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of candidate and stakeholder service.
- Experience recruiting within the technology industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with Greenhouse or similar applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to represent an organization professionally and authentically throughout the recruiting process.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Competitive annual base salary range of $83,538–$126,360 USD.
