- Design, develop, and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models using SAP PowerDesigner.
- Model and optimize Oracle database structures to ensure data integrity, consistency, and scalability.
- Perform reverse engineering and synchronize data models with existing database environments.
- Create, validate, and maintain DDL scripts for database object creation and modification.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including data dictionaries and modeling standards.
- Define and enforce best practices for data modeling, governance, naming conventions, and architecture.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, DBAs, and business teams to design efficient and reliable data solutions.
- Analyze the impact of model changes and recommend improvements to support performance, scalability, and business requirements.
- Contribute to digital transformation initiatives, system modernization projects, and enterprise data governance efforts.
- Proven experience as a Data Administrator, Data Modeler, or in a similar enterprise data management role.
- Strong experience with Oracle Database and SAP PowerDesigner (mandatory).
- Solid knowledge of SQL, including query optimization and DDL scripting (CREATE, ALTER, DROP).
- Expertise in conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling methodologies.
- Experience with reverse engineering, model synchronization, and enterprise data documentation.
- Strong understanding of relational database design, normalization, referential integrity, and data quality.
- Knowledge of data governance, metadata management, data dictionaries, and architectural standards.
- Experience conducting impact analysis for database model changes.
- Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, Jira, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel) is desirable.
- Understanding of Data Warehouse and ETL concepts is considered an advantage.
- Oracle Database, DAMA/CDMP, or Agile certifications (Scrum, PSM, CSM) are a plus.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
