  • Hands-on experience building production-grade automation tools and infrastructure platforms using Golang, Python, or similar programming languages.
  • Deep understanding of observability practices, monitoring systems, and reliability engineering principles.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code and operator-driven approaches, including Kubernetes Operators or Crossplane.
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD practices, cloud security, and DevSecOps principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with proven experience solving complex technical challenges.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in distributed and cross-functional environments.
  • Professional proficiency in both English and Portuguese.
  • AWS or CNCF certifications (CKA, CKAD, CKS) are considered a plus.
Benefits
  • Remote-first work model with flexibility to work from anywhere in Brazil.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and life insurance coverage.
  • Wellness membership with access to gyms, fitness programs, mental health resources, nutrition services, and wellbeing tools for employees and eligible family members.
  • Emotional wellbeing support program, including therapy sessions and personalized mental health resources.
  • Home office reimbursement and flexible working schedules that support work-life balance.
  • Generous paid time off policy, including additional tenure-based leave and birthday leave.
  • Fully paid parental leave and transition support for new parents.
  • Access to continuous learning opportunities, career development programs, and internal mobility initiatives.
  • Inclusive, collaborative, and purpose-driven culture focused on employee wellbeing and professional growth.
