The Senior Talent Operations Program Manager will own the operational foundation behind the recruiting function, ensuring that systems, workflows, reporting, and processes are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business goals. This role requires strong ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate operational data into actionable improvements.
- Design, standardize, and continuously improve end-to-end recruiting workflows, including intake, sourcing, interview processes, offers, and hiring closeout.
- Establish operating rhythms, service-level expectations, and clear ownership models to improve recruiter, hiring manager, and candidate experiences.
- Serve as the subject matter expert and primary administrator for recruiting technology platforms, including ATS, CRM, interview intelligence, scheduling, and candidate experience tools.
- Manage system configurations, permissions, integrations, troubleshooting, and vendor relationships in partnership with internal technology teams.
- Identify opportunities to implement automation and AI-enabled workflows to reduce manual processes and improve recruiting scalability.
- Own recruiting data quality, governance, and reporting standards across systems and downstream integrations.
- Build and maintain dashboards and analytics focused on hiring efficiency, funnel performance, sourcing effectiveness, and workforce planning insights.
- Develop recruiting playbooks, documentation, templates, and training materials to improve consistency and adoption across teams.
- Lead onboarding and enablement programs for recruiters and hiring managers on tools, processes, and best practices.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition leadership, Finance, People Systems, IT, and Legal teams on strategic initiatives, integrations, compliance, and operational improvements.
- Drive continuous improvement projects and manage operational roadmaps with measurable business outcomes.
The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in talent operations, recruiting systems, and process optimization within a fast-paced, global, or high-growth environment. They should combine strong technical understanding, analytical skills, and stakeholder management abilities to build scalable recruiting solutions.
- 8+ years of experience in Recruiting Operations, Talent Operations, or a related function.
- Experience working in high-growth, global, or distributed organizations.
- Hands-on experience administering an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), with Greenhouse experience strongly preferred.
- Experience managing recruiting technology platforms such as CRM, interview intelligence, scheduling, or candidate experience tools.
- Strong understanding of system configurations, integrations, permissions, and vendor management.
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret recruiting metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Advanced spreadsheet skills and experience using reporting or business intelligence tools.
- Proven program and project management experience, including managing cross-functional initiatives and operational roadmaps.
- Demonstrated success improving recruiting processes, implementing new tools, and increasing operational efficiency.
- Experience leveraging automation and AI-enabled solutions to streamline workflows.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence teams and present insights to leadership.
- Strong systems-thinking mindset with a service-oriented approach and the ability to prioritize competing initiatives.

- Base compensation range of $153,000 – $192,000 USD, depending on experience, expertise, and location.
