Staff Product Manager, AI Agents & Intelligence

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Staff Product Manager, AI Agents & Intelligence based in Canada.

This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of AI-powered workflow solutions within a fast-growing SaaS environment.
You will lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of intelligent product experiences that transform how businesses operate.
Working at the intersection of product, engineering, design, and customer needs, you will define innovative AI capabilities and bring them to market.
The role requires a strong understanding of AI technologies, automation, and scalable product development.
You will influence product direction, drive measurable business outcomes, and create solutions that deliver meaningful value for users.
As a key product leader, you will help establish best practices for AI product development while collaborating with talented, cross-functional teams.

Accountabilities:

The Staff Product Manager, AI Agents & Intelligence will own the vision and execution of AI-driven product initiatives, ensuring solutions are impactful, scalable, and aligned with customer needs. This role combines strategic product leadership with hands-on collaboration across technical and business teams.

  • Define and evolve the AI product vision, strategy, and roadmap, creating a forward-looking product thesis that responds to emerging AI trends and customer opportunities.
  • Lead the development and delivery of AI agent platforms, including agent capabilities, permissions, integrations, and user-facing experiences.
  • Drive AI product monetization strategies, including pricing models, packaging approaches, and measurement of business value generated through automation.
  • Establish product analytics, AI observability practices, and success metrics to evaluate adoption, performance, reliability, and customer impact.
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, and customer teams to translate complex AI capabilities into clear product requirements and successful releases.
  • Conduct customer discovery, gather feedback, validate hypotheses, and continuously improve AI-powered experiences.
  • Ensure safe and reliable AI deployments through thoughtful design of validation processes, user controls, transparency, and governance practices.
  • Communicate product progress, strategic decisions, and business impact to leadership and internal stakeholders.
  • Mentor and influence product practices by promoting innovation, collaboration, and customer-focused decision-making.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings strong product leadership experience combined with technical expertise in AI-powered products, automation, and scalable software platforms.

  • 6+ years of product management experience, including experience delivering AI-powered features, intelligent agents, APIs, or technically complex products to production.
  • Proven ability to create and execute product strategies, balancing long-term vision with practical delivery priorities.
  • Strong understanding of AI/LLM technologies, including model behavior, evaluation approaches, observability, and responsible AI practices.
  • Experience using data and analytics to guide product decisions, measure adoption, and demonstrate business impact.
  • Familiarity with usage-based monetization models, product analytics tools, and quantitative decision-making.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, design, customer success, and business teams in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Experience working independently in remote or distributed teams while maintaining strong collaboration and accountability.
  • Knowledge of AI-assisted development tools and workflows is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with LLM observability platforms, agent safety frameworks, continuous delivery practices, or human-in-the-loop AI design is a plus.
