- Build solutions that allow administrators to configure settings, manage business units, and customize workflows efficiently.
- Support global product requirements by evolving capabilities to address regional compliance and diverse customer needs.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and leadership teams to align product vision and execution.
- Create clear product documentation, prototypes, and communication materials that translate complex ideas into actionable concepts.
- Define success metrics, monitor KPIs, and use data-driven insights to guide product improvements.
The ideal candidate is an experienced product leader with a strong background in B2B SaaS platforms, enterprise software, and customer-focused product development.
- 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product management within enterprise technology environments.
- Proven experience leading products focused on administrator, purchaser, platform, or enterprise user personas.
- Experience with software administration concepts or tools such as enterprise CRM, workflow, or business management platforms.
- Strong understanding of API-first development and platform product management principles.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible messaging for customers, executives, and engineering teams.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with experience creating product documentation, presenting strategies, and facilitating customer conversations.
- Strong ability to define, measure, and optimize product success metrics and KPIs.
- Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative environments with a strong focus on learning and continuous improvement.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for solving real user problems rather than simply delivering features.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in product communication, positioning, and execution.
- Experience using prototyping and collaboration tools such as Figma or similar platforms is a plus.
- Competitive base salary range of approximately CA$142,000 to CA$207,900, depending on experience and location.

- Comprehensive benefits package designed to support employee well-being.
- Flexible remote work options within Canada.
- Opportunity to work on impactful products used by organizations worldwide.
- Collaborative culture focused on innovation, inclusion, and professional growth.
- Access to opportunities for continuous learning and career development.
- Chance to contribute to solutions that transform how industries design, build, and operate.
