- Greet every customer with energy and genuine interest in helping them succeed with their projectHelp customers select the right equipment, accessories, and solutions for their specific needsWalk customers through safe operation, proper use, and what to watch for in the fieldHandle check-in and check-out transactions accurately and efficientlyBuild relationships with repeat customers and contractors who count on us to know their needs
- Prepare and stage equipment for reservations and pickupsInspect returned equipment thoroughly for damage, wear, and safety complianceClean and “turn” equipment quickly so it’s available for the next customerPerform basic maintenance and minor repairs to keep the fleet in top conditionMaintain accurate fleet status in the rental management system
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe rental areaFollow all safety procedures and ensure every rental meets safety compliance before it goes outSupport efficient workflows, assist with inventory, and communicate clearly with teammatesCoordinate with the Rental Centre Manager and Mobile Field Technicians as needed

- 1–3 years of customer-facing experience — retail, rental, or similarA natural ability to connect with people and make them feel looked afterMechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and equipment A strong work ethic and proactive approachAttention to detailBasic computer skills for rental system entry and fleet trackingThe physical capability to safely lift 50+ lbs and work in an active, hands-on environmentA valid Ontario driver’s licence (G class)
