Job Description
We are seeking candidates to join our team for the position of Marketing Specialist for an 18-month contract located in our Head Office in Guelph, Ontario.
Compensation: Starting at $70,000 annually
Job Description
As the Marketing Specialist, you will support Skyline’s investor marketing initiatives by managing social media, coordinating webinars, creating investor-facing materials, and keeping quarterly marketing and sales resources accurate, compliant, and on brand. You will work closely with various Skyline teams to support lead generation, investor engagement, and advisor communications.
What you'll be doing:
- Bring Skyline’s social media presence to life across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other key platforms.
- Track what’s working, report on performance, and recommend ways to boost reach and engagement.
- Help plan and run investor webinars, from prep and promotion to live support and follow-up reporting.
- Create and refresh investor-facing materials, including presentations, brochures, advisor resources, emails, and other collateral.
- Keep recurring marketing and sales materials accurate, compliant, on brand, and ready to share.
- Work with internal teams to share investment updates, company news, property milestones, and corporate initiatives.
- Post-secondary degree in Marketing or related field and a minimum of five years of marketing experience preferably in insurance, investments, estate planning.
