Our new print center in Etobicoke is looking to hire a full-time Print Project Coordinator with 2-5 years of experience in the print industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES

 Handle inbound/outbound phone calls and emails with new and existing clients, providing quotes, order confirmations, and proactive issue resolutions.
 Coordinate the end-to-end scheduling, production and installation of projects, while making sure budgets, quality, and deadlines are met.
 Generate cost estimates and work orders.
 Schedule and lead client proof approvals, virtual press checks, and on-site quality inspections; address feedback immediately and secure sign-off.
 Coordinate internal cross-functional teams (design, pre-press, production, finishing) and external vendors (to ensure seamless workflow).
 Process change orders while minimizing the impact on schedule and budget.
 Identify production risks, bottlenecks, or client concerns early; escalate with solutions and keep clients informed to preserve trust.
 Archive final files, samples, and project documentation for future reference and re-orders.
 Perform other tasks, duties, or functions as directed.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

 Hands-on knowledge in a similar small format and/or wide format color graphics or project coordinator/estimator and communications role.
 Excellent oral and written communication skills.
 Disciplined project organization and planning skills with strong attention to detail.
 Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, resourcefully with minimal oversight.
 Able to work within a professional office environment and display reliability and
punctuality while completing all assigned tasks on time.
