Key responsibilities
Business support
  • Provide daily administrative and operational support.
  • Manage and execute various ad hoc business requests and assignments from the CEO, ensuring they are completed accurately and on time.
  • Coordinate business travel, reservations, meetings, and appointments.
  • Support scheduling and coordination of business-related events and activities.
  • Assist with office operations and coordinate external service providers when required.
Personal support
  • Provide day-to-day personal administrative support.
  • Handle personal errands, bookings, reservations, and local arrangements.
  • Coordinate personal appointments and activities.
  • Research and arrange local services, purchases, deliveries, and other personal requests.
  • Assist with transportation and local tasks when required.
  • Handle various ad hoc personal assignments with flexibility and discretion.

Requirements:
  • 1–2+ years of experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and take full ownership of assigned tasks.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Flexible and comfortable with a wide variety of tasks - from business coordination to personal administrative matters.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Based in Montreal with strong knowledge of the city, local services, businesses, and resources.
  • Professional, proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset.

What we offer:
  • People-management approach and a supportive working environment.
  • Direct collaboration with the CEO and C-level team.
  • Hybrid / office-based work environment.
  • Paid time off.
  • A dynamic role with a high level of trust, autonomy, and responsibility.
  • The opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and become a key person the CEO can rely on.
