Income Potential: $75,000 - $100,000+ (First-year potential)

We are seeking a driven, dual-lingual communicator to join our local team as an In-Office Bilingual Spanish/English Sales Representative. In this role, you will work directly from our St. Charles office as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate their Medicare Health, Life, and Supplemental Insurance options.
No prior insurance background? We fully invest in your success. We provide completely paid training starting in January 2027, and we pay for your practice tests and official licensing exam fees to get you fully certified.
Key Responsibilities

• In-Office Collaboration: Work daily from our professional office environment to connect with clients fluently in both Spanish and English (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Multitask Efficiently: Manage client profiles, and active enrollments simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
• Navigate Systems: Utilize desktop computer setups, modern CRM databases, and specialized insurance software to track leads and log applications accurately.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Work Arrangement: Ability to commute daily to our St. Charles office location; this is a structured, on-site role (no remote or hybrid options).
• Language: Complete fluency in both Spanish and English across all communication channels (verbal and written).
• Tech Skills: Good overall computer proficiency and the native ability to learn new software platforms quickly.
• Execution: Strong multitasking capabilities with high attention to detail.
• Licensing: Active health/life insurance license OR the ability to study for and pass the state exam. (Company covers all testing costs).
