Full-Time Position | Primarily Days with Occasional Evenings & Weekends

We're looking for a compassionate, energetic, and creative Life Enrichment Assistant to help create engaging experiences that promote the social, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual well-being of our residents.
In this role, you will help plan and lead engaging activities that promote resident connections, encourage participation, and enhance quality of life for our residents.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Activity Certification preferred
- Previous experience in senior living, healthcare, recreation, customer service, or a related field preferred
- Strong passion for enhancing resident engagement and quality of life
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to plan, lead, and facilitate group activities and events
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Publisher)
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Dependable, positive, and team-oriented
- Available to work occasional evenings, weekends, and community events
