Monday - Friday 9AM - 5:30PM & Rotating Saturday 10AM - 2PM
Neighborhood is now hiring a Pharmacist-in-Charge to lead and nuture our Blue Springs, MO team.

Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy is a 100% employee-owned, closed-door pharmacy specializing in care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and behavioral health needs.

• Lead daily pharmacy operations and workflow
• Hire, train and support your pharmacy team
• Oversee medication dispensing, verification and quality assurance
• Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations
• Oversee inventory and controlled substances
• Work directly with prescribers, nurses, caregivers and healthcare partners
• Build relationships with local agencies and providers
• Partner with Neighborhood leadership as the pharmacy grows

We're looking for someone who knows pharmacy and knows how to lead people. You should be comfortable making decisions, solving problems and jumping in when your team needs you. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, asks questions, and is excited about leading and supporting a strong team of dedicated employees

• $135,000–$165,000/year based on experience

• PharmD degree from an accredited institution
• Active Missouri pharmacist license in good standing, or ability to obtain before starting
• 2+ years of experience as a licensed pharmacist
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
