As a Partner Success Manager, you will play a key role in building long-term client relationships while driving the success of strategic digital marketing initiatives. Working in a fully remote, collaborative environment, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and alignment across cross-functional teams. This position offers the opportunity to influence business growth, optimize operational processes, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will collaborate closely with sales, analytics, creative, IT, and media specialists to execute high-impact campaigns and maximize client satisfaction. If you are a proactive relationship builder with strong project management and analytical skills, this role provides an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Accountabilities:
  • Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor while ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to successfully deliver digital marketing initiatives, aligning priorities across sales, analytics, creative, IT, and media functions.
  • Lead client communications by providing regular project updates, managing expectations, documenting action items, and ensuring transparency throughout campaign execution.
  • Develop project plans, monitor timelines, identify potential risks, and proactively resolve operational challenges to keep initiatives on track.
  • Analyze account performance, monitor key metrics and forecasts, and collaborate with internal teams to identify growth opportunities and improve campaign outcomes.
  • Support onboarding and transition processes for new clients while continuously improving internal workflows, operational efficiency, and best practices.
  • Stay informed on industry developments, market trends, and emerging opportunities to provide strategic recommendations that support client success and business growth.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, client success, or a similar customer-facing role, ideally within a lead generation or digital marketing agency.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data, communicate insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple client projects in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders and executive-level clients.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and time management abilities with experience coordinating budgets, timelines, and competing priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and collaboration or project management platforms; experience with Slack, ClickUp, Tableau, or media buying tools is considered an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of working independently in a fully remote environment while maintaining a collaborative mindset.
Benefits
  • Fully remote work environment with the flexibility to work from anywhere in Canada.
  • Competitive compensation package.
  • Paid time off to support work-life balance.
  • Ongoing learning and professional development through courses, workshops, certifications, and conferences.
  • Home office allowance to help create a productive remote workspace.
  • Wellness support, including reimbursement for fitness activities and home workout equipment.
  • Unlimited sick leave to prioritize health and well-being.
  • Medical reimbursement covering healthcare, dental care, and mental health support.
  • Fully funded co-working space membership for added flexibility.
  • Regular team activities, gaming events, fitness challenges, and company retreats.
