Program Office Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Program Office Assistant to support our project management team. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in coordinating project activities, meetings, and schedules

- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence

- Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met

Skills and Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in project management is a plus

- Proven experience in administrative or office support roles

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Strong written and verbal communication abilities

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
