This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager (DACH) in Ireland.
This is an exciting opportunity for a senior B2B SaaS marketer to lead and scale integrated marketing initiatives across the DACH region within a fully remote, international environment. In this role, you will own regional marketing strategy, oversee German-language content and campaigns, and drive impactful brand visibility through events, communications, and multi-channel programs. You’ll work closely with sales, product marketing, demand generation, and external agencies to create localized experiences that resonate with regional audiences and support revenue growth. The position combines strategic ownership with hands-on execution, making it ideal for a highly autonomous professional who thrives in fast-paced and evolving environments. You will also leverage AI-driven workflows and modern marketing technologies to optimize campaign performance and improve operational efficiency. This role offers the chance to shape regional growth while collaborating with globally distributed teams focused on innovation and customer engagement.
- Define, execute, and continuously refine the DACH regional marketing strategy in alignment with global business objectives and revenue targets.
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including content marketing, communications, events, webinars, PR initiatives, and paid campaign alignment.
- Own the German-language content strategy, ensuring all messaging is culturally relevant, localized, and aligned with regional buyer expectations beyond direct translation.
- Plan and manage regional events such as webinars, trade shows, networking events, and local activations, including budgeting, promotion, execution, and post-event reporting.
- Collaborate closely with sales and cross-functional global teams to support pipeline generation, market visibility, and strategic regional initiatives.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, translators, and event partners while ensuring high-quality deliverables and operational consistency.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze marketing metrics, and provide actionable recommendations to improve engagement, conversion, and ROI.
- Utilize HubSpot and marketing automation tools to manage campaigns, workflows, reporting, audience segmentation, and sales alignment initiatives.
- Drive experimentation and continuous optimization using insights, AI-enhanced workflows, and performance analysis to improve marketing effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Native-level German fluency with exceptional written and verbal communication skills for all regional marketing activities.
- Full professional fluency in English with the ability to collaborate effectively in international and cross-functional environments.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in B2B SaaS marketing, including ownership of integrated or regional marketing programs.
- At least 3 years of experience managing agencies, vendors, or external marketing partners with accountability for planning and execution outcomes.
- Strong expertise in integrated marketing, brand communications, content strategy, and multi-channel campaign management.
- Advanced hands-on proficiency with HubSpot, including automation, reporting, workflows, segmentation, and campaign management.
- Proven ability to collaborate closely with sales, revenue operations, and global marketing teams to support business growth initiatives.
- Experience planning and executing events, webinars, or regional field marketing initiatives within the technology or SaaS sector.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure campaign effectiveness, optimize programs, and prioritize high-impact initiatives.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment while managing multiple priorities and adapting to evolving business needs.
- Familiarity with AI-driven marketing workflows, experimentation strategies, and content optimization approaches is highly valued.
Benefits:
- Competitive compensation package ranging from €75,000 to €90,000 OTE, including performance bonuses.
- Stock option opportunities and comprehensive benefits package.
- Fully remote work environment with flexibility to work anywhere within Europe.
- 25 days of annual leave plus additional summer days and a paid birthday holiday.
- Access to premium hardware and collaboration tools designed for remote productivity.
- Opportunities for in-person team gatherings and international collaboration throughout the year.
- Collaborative and supportive global work culture with strong cross-functional teamwork.
- Exposure to high-impact SaaS marketing initiatives within a rapidly growing international business.
- Flexible and autonomous work structure focused on ownership, creativity, and professional growth.
